Filtering & search
Filter any board or list with GitHub-style queries such as -status:done assignee:me priority:high. The query is saved in the URL, so you can bookmark a filtered view or send it to someone.
The basics
key:valuefilters on a field:assignee:me.- A leading
-excludes matches:-status:done. - Commas mean or:
priority:high,urgent. - Put values with spaces in quotes:
status:"In Progress". - Other words search ticket titles and keys:
login,XA-12or#12. - A ticket must match every part of the query to be shown.
As you type, the box suggests qualifiers and real values from the board, such as column names, people, epics and labels. Use ↑ ↓ to move through them and Enter or Tab to accept one. The ⓘ button lists the syntax.

Names match without regard to case, and part of a name is enough: assignee:xav finds Xavier. An exact column name always wins, so status:done never matches a column called "Undone".

Sharing a filter
The query is saved in the page address as ?q= and updates while you type. Copy the address to share exactly what you see, or bookmark it.
Defaults
The list view starts with-status:done. The board view starts with no filter. Clear the box to show every ticket.
